About us
The field of beauty and care has always been a top level of interest for us both personally and professionally. Our journey in this area started in 2017 with our first beauty studio in the city of Serres which was loved and developed very quickly.
Our priority is to follow new trends and techniques constantly. In 2022 we opened our new beauty salon in the second largest city of Greece in beautiful Thessaloniki. We not only changed location but also focused on different services. The services we started with were nail art and eyelash extensions but after 5 years we ended up focusing exclusively on semi-permanent makeup and tattoos as well as providing seminars through Phi Academy.
Our specialty is semi-permanent facial makeup (eyebrow, lip, eyeliner tattoos) but our love for Phibrows is special. In 2021 we won the Phiacademy Master title in Phishading technique and from the very first year as a Master, in 2022, we were ranked among the top 10 Masters worldwide in the Phiacademy awards, while in the second year in 2023 we were ranked 4th worldwide in the Academy awards .

At PhiAcademy we are constantly evolving our techniques and products. From the first steps of microblading in the field of beauty to today, we continue to follow the trends and aim to raise the level of our services, giving a new dimension to the eyebrow design technique with the aim of achieving a completely natural result.
We also look for solutions to difficult situations and problems that our clients may have (e.g. skin problems, old tattoos, etc.) which were previously not considered by professionals in the field.
This led us to the development of the Phibrows technique, which today is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world and offers the most natural and realistic result of any technique in the past.

Phibrows Technique
What exactly is the Phibrows technique?
A specialized semi-permanent tattoo eyebrow design technique combining two techniques, hair hair and shading. This technique is carried out manually and creates the most natural result you will encounter as lines are formed in the same direction as that of the natural hair and if there is a need shading can be added to points between the hairs visually giving the effect of natural and desired density to the eyebrow.
The Phibrows Seminar is a high-level educational program that guides you step by step to learn the microblading technique and all its secrets, which will help you reach the best possible result.
With this training program you will be able to train in the Phibrows technique both in theory and in practice, with the aim of being able to apply the above technique to your clients.
This course is aimed at beginners as well as professionals in the field who want to develop.
However, there is no need to have experience in the field of aesthetics or microblading.
DETAILED PROGRAM OF PHIBROWS SEMINAR
The first part of the course is theoretical and covers various topics that will help you understand and learn the basic rules of microblading.
- When we can and when we cannot apply the treatment (indications – contraindications)
- Appropriate equipment and necessary hygiene of our workplace
- Proper use of tools
- Correct eyebrow formation
- Density, correct direction and composition of the hair with the aim of creating a natural & clean result
- Pigment duration and factors affecting it
- Covering old semi-permanent shading makeup with microblading
Client consultation | In the seminar you will learn all the basic questions and information you should ask a client before the appointment as you will also be given the Consent Form, the special form that the client must fill out before the treatment.
Aftercare |You will also learn the necessary care (aftercare) of semi-permanent makeup immediately after application, a process extremely important for the proper healing of the skin and the duration of the semi-permanent tattoo, for which you will be given a relevant document.
The right technique | You will be taught how to give the appropriate density to the eyebrows by creating shading in the right places with the aim of making the result look completely natural. With the successful completion of the seminar, you will have the ability to create different types and shapes of eyebrows adapted to the needs and face of each client, realizing their desire, but also an even result.
Marketing & advertising | One of the most important topics we will analyze is the way in which you will advertise your work, so as to attract potential clients with the aim of your successful course in the field.
Completion | The exercises you send will be monitored and evaluated. Upon successful completion of the 12 levels you will receive a recognized Certificate from PhiAcademy, you will now officially be a PhiArtist, which is extremely important for your resume. Certified Artists receive their personal logo from the company with their name and surname and are automatically registered on the PhiAcademy World Map.
CRAFT MASTER
The training process also includes the Craft Master application which includes theory, explanatory videos, images, bonus lectures and 12 levels with exercises that you must complete for your certification.
